7-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy

I offer a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee on all glass products purchased from my store. The return window is 7 days from the delivery date. For example, if your order is delivered on April 20, you may initiate a return through April 27 to qualify for a full refund. To begin the return process, contact cory@410glass.com

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in original, unused condition with no scratches, cracks, or damage.

  • Items must be 100% unused, with no resin, water stains, cleaning solution residue, or any signs of use.

  • Used items will not be accepted for return.

  • Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • The buyer assumes responsibility if a returned item is damaged during return shipping. Items received damaged will not qualify for the guarantee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, you must submit a complete unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery by emailing cory@410glass.com

The unboxing video must meet the following requirements:

  • The video must begin with the package completely sealed and unopened, with all labels intact and uncut.

  • The box must remain fully visible in the camera frame at all times.

  • Before opening, clearly show all sides of the box, shipping labels, addresses, and sealing tape.

  • Unwrap and display all items in the camera frame.

  • The video must be continuous with no edits or cuts 

Items reported as damaged after the unboxing video is completed will not qualify for a refund.

If all requirements are met, a return shipping label will be provided, and a full refund will be issued once the item(s) are received and inspected.
