Shipping Policy – 410 GLASS

Order Processing

At 410 GLASS, all orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
We do not ship to any other international locations.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

United States Shipping Options

  • Priority Mail Express: 1–3 days (guaranteed by 6 PM)

  • Priority Mail: 2–3 days

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 days

Canada Shipping

  • Rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs processing.

Note: USPS delivery estimates are approximate and may be delayed due to weather, holiday volume, or carrier conditions.

Age-Restricted Items

All products sold by 410 GLASS are intended for adults 21+ only.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements in your state or province for purchasing glass pipes and smoking accessories.

Discreet Packaging

We ship all orders in discreet, plain packaging with no product names or branding on the exterior.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do ship to P.O. boxes within the U.S.
Canadian shipments may require a physical address depending on the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, 410 GLASS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced. If a package is successfully returned to the sender due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee, which will go to the seller to cover the initial shipment cost.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada Buyers)

Canadian customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient.
